This course consists of 17 units, 15 core and 2 elective units. ​ Delivery Schedules will be based on your enrolment date, you will receive a training plan which outlines your delivery schedule.

From 1st January 2023 this course is a part of the 'Free in ’23 program', which has now been extended in to 2024. The course fees for this course will be 100% subsidised by WA state government for eligible students. Eligibility criteria: an Australian citizen; or a permanent visa holder or holder of visa subclass 309, 444, 785, 790 or 820; a dependent or spouse of the primary holder of a visa subclass 457; or a Bridging Visa E holder (subclasses 050 and 051) and you have made a valid application for a visa of subclass 785 or 790. visa subclasses 449 and 786, which are currently used for Ukraine and Afghan nationals; secondary holders (spouses and dependents) of a Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) bridging visas A, B , C and E where holders have work rights and have made a valid application for a Permanent Protection Visa (subclass 866). A dependent or spouse of the primary holder of a visa subclass 457 Year 12 school students who are leaving school can access a subsidised training place from 23 October 2023. Please note that existing worker trainees are not eligible for the fee-free arrangements. Eligible Period: Courses started after 1st January 2023. To complete your CHC30121 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with Greenhouse Education you will have to complete both the theory and practical placement components that are required. The classroom aspect of the course is delivered face-to-face in a our purpose built, community service specific classroom environment, 2 days per week, for 30 weeks. To successfully complete your CHC30121 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, you will also need to complete workplace-based experience within a registered Early Learning Childcare Centre for 5 weeks.

This course runs for a period of 30 weeks in total (2 days per week) with 5 weeks of pratical work placement (inclusive of the 30 weeks). The course is a mix of workshop learning and practical on the job training and assessment. This course has classes starting each month. For a specific start date please contact one of our team members. You will be allocated a highly experienced and qualified Trainer / Assessor who, in addition to delivering your class will also provide support over the phone, via email or face-to-face as required. During your enrolment process you will be guided through all training and assessments, in detail, to ascertain what units are most suitable to your needs and what support strategies are necessary to assist you in completing your qualification.
